Income Qualifying: Minimum income is $3,000 GROSS before taxes deducted. Include food stamps, child support required.
Pets: Yes pets, maximum 2; but no dangerous breeds dogs et.al. Fee $40/mo/pet.
Park: Lee County Regional Park with 35,000 square foot recreation building with basketball, workout room, card rooms etc. Also, soccer, baseball and football there.
